1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout all clauses and sub-clauses:

2 Eligibility

Use of the coc4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at all times while your Account remains active:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any coc4d service. This age restriction is strictly enforced. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
2. Jurisdiction: coc4d's primary market is Indonesia. You must be located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited under applicable laws as they pertain to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Minors, persons declared legally incompetent, and persons acting under guardianship orders are strictly prohibited from registering or playing.
4. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement with coc4d or any other gambling platform. If you have previously self-excluded and your exclusion period has not expired, you must not attempt to register a new account.
5. Single Account: Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using third-party identities, is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Registration

To access coc4d's services, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. By submitting a registration, you warrant that:

• All information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete at the time of submission.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change, including contact information and bank account details associated with withdrawals.
• You are not registering on behalf of any third party and will not permit any other person to use your Account or credentials.
• You will keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential.
• You will notify coc4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

coc4d reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason. Approval of a registration application does not constitute a waiver of coc4d's right to subsequently close the account if eligibility requirements are found not to have been met.

3.1 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, until such time as you formally notify coc4d of a security compromise. coc4d will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

coc4d operates a rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) process to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and other prohibited activities. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal may be processed and may also be triggered at any time during your account lifetime at coc4d's discretion.

4.1 Documents Required

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents during KYC verification:

• Government-issued photo identification: Indonesian KTP ( Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or SIM (driver's license).
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past 90 days showing your name and residential address.
• Payment method verification: A photograph or screenshot confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits — for example, a BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account statement header, or an OVO / DANA / GoPay account profile screen.
• Source of funds declaration: For accounts with high transaction volumes, coc4d may request a written explanation and supporting documentation for the origin of deposited funds.

4.2 Verification Timeline

coc4d aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 48 business hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases may take longer. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed. coc4d is not liable for any delays caused by a Player's failure to submit complete and legible documentation promptly.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

coc4d accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, and processing times are displayed within your account portal and may be updated periodically. All deposited funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. coc4d targets withdrawal processing times of under 15 minutes for standard requests on business days (WIB). Actual processing time may vary depending on your bank's internal clearing schedule. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.
• The withdrawal account name must match the registered name on your coc4d Account exactly.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• coc4d reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawals to accounts other than those registered in the Player's own name will be refused.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the coc4d Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). coc4d does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion charges incurred through your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.

5.4 Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals and are specified within your account portal. coc4d reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice. Players may contact support at [email protected] to request a review of their personal transaction limits based on account history and KYC status.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

coc4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional campaigns to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a promotion's dedicated terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria are defined on a per-promotion basis and may include account verification status, deposit history, or geographic location.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each specific bonus once only, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as recurring or reload-based.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion.
• coc4d reserves the right to void any bonus and confiscate associated winnings if it determines, in its sole and reasonable judgment, that a Player has exploited, abused, or manipulated any promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Bonus offers may be withdrawn, modified, or expired at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn before a Player has had a reasonable opportunity to use it, any unconverted bonus balance will be removed from the account without compensation.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirement process, or used in conjunction with other offers unless explicitly permitted.

7 Betting & Game Rules

Detailed rules for each individual product — sports betting (including mix parlay accumulators and Asian Handicap markets), togel lottery draws, live casino games, and slots — are published in the respective product help sections within the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance unless coc4d specifically offers a cash-out feature for the relevant market and the Player elects to use it before the applicable deadline.
• coc4d reserves the right to void bets in the event of manifest errors in odds, pricing, or game parameters — including software malfunctions, data feed errors, or human input mistakes. Void bets are settled at the original stake; no additional compensation is payable.
• Maximum winnings per bet, per event, and per 24-hour period are subject to limits that vary by product and market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the result of any event or game, coc4d's decision — reached after reviewing all available evidence including third-party data providers and game logs — shall be final and binding.
• coc4d does not accept bets placed with the intent to exploit arbitrage opportunities or insider information. Any account found to be engaged in such activity may have bets voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

8 Responsible Gaming

coc4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products and player segments. We provide a suite of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered Players through the account settings panel and include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion. Players who believe their gambling may be causing harm are strongly encouraged to use these tools or to contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance. coc4d staff are trained to identify and respond to signs of problem gambling and can facilitate immediate self-exclusion upon request.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the coc4d Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual, whether using your own identity or a third party's.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform in ways not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Engaging in chip-dumping, match-fixing, or any form of sports or game manipulation.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any coc4d system, database, or other Player's account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing coc4d staff, agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the coc4d Platform — including but not limited to the coc4d brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, promotional materials, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of coc4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or exploit any part of the Platform's content for commercial purposes without coc4d's prior written consent. Access to the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, coc4d's aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

coc4d expressly excludes liability for the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond coc4d's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits coc4d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12 Privacy & Data

coc4d's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the data processing practices described therein. In summary, coc4d collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

13 Amendments

coc4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, coc4d will provide notice to Players via email to the registered account address or via a prominent in-Platform notification, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the revised terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to address urgent security concerns.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your available balance by contacting [email protected].

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles. coc4d operates as an internationally licensed platform serving players in Indonesia. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through coc4d's internal complaints process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through binding arbitration before pursuing any other legal remedy.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction that cannot be contractually excluded.
